GRADES
For the first three grading periods:
If a student earns one failing grade (F) in any class, including any mini-course, they are eligible to participate.  If a student earns more than one failing grade (F) in any class, including any mini-course, they are not eligible to participate for the duration of the following grading period.

For the fourth grade period (end of school):
Students who have been promoted or assigned to the next grade will be eligible for fall extra-curricular activities.  Students who are retained in the same grade level will be ineligible.

ATTENDANCE:  Students must attend school for at least three class periods on the day of an extra-curricular activity in order to participate in that activity.

PHYSICAL:  Students are required to provide proof that they have been judged physically fit by a licensed physician.  Physicals are in effect for one school year only.  This standard applies to both athletes and cheerleaders.

Both parents and students will be required to sign a document that shows this information acknowledging that they understand these eligibility requirements.
